Hi, I’m Tim. What does fitness, competitive karaoke and getting high volume in your hair have in common? Simple: I am awesome at all of those things.

Which means that right at this very moment, my hair is making me three inches taller and I’m either belting out an 80s power ballad or designing a high-level training program.

The first two are cool. The third is the most important-because that’s what I’m going to use to get you in the best shape of your life.
